Where’d you get that?:

OXFORD LEATHER HANDMADE SHOES - BACKTOCOOL
Without fail, every time I wear these oxfords, I’m swamped with compliments. The kaleidoscopic diamond pattern, offset by a rich, buttery, caramel-colored leather, is so striking. The design is sleek but the materials sturdy; they look like they could’ve been crafted by mythical creatures, as in that Grimm fairy tale about the elves and the shoemaker.
I bought them from an Etsy shop, BacktoCool, based in Greece. They took three months to arrive, and the seller didn’t provide a tracking number. I had almost given them up as a lost cause when they suddenly, magically appeared on my front porch. I was worried that they’d be too narrow for my wide ass feet, but they fit perfectly, and are so lightweight and comfortable that I forget I’m even wearing shoes. These oxfords are my version of Cinderella’s slippers.
I’m obsessed with:

NO. 3 HAIR PERFECTOR - OLAPLEX
I dyed my hair pink! It’s been a long time coming (I’ve been turning the idea over in my mind for nearly a year now), but I finally took the plunge and I’m so pleased with the result. I was a little freaked out when I first left the salon, but now that I’ve spent a week living with Glossier hair, it’s settled into the exact shade of soft, pastel, fairy floss pink I was hoping for.
In addition to the unspeakable amount of money I shelled out for the dye job, I’ve also purchased a shit ton of different products to maintain my new color and soothe my bleached, bone-dry strands. And look, I know it’s been said, but I’m gonna echo the chorus: Olaplex is truly a gift from the gods. I left No. 3 on for about an hour, and the next day my hair was soft, silky, and supple, resembling nothing of the crunchy mess it was before. My only gripe is that the bottle is small, but that just means I’ll be stocking up soon enough.
On my wish list:

HANDMADE ANGORA JACKET - AMBIKA BOUTIQUE
I imagine wearing this gorgeous angora jacket is akin to being swaddled in clouds, or snuggling up with a Samoyed — the feeling of being enveloped in a thick, soft, warm, delightfully frothy puff. As Katy Kelleher writes in Longreads, angora in fashion doesn’t have a pretty history, but rest assured as Ambika, an independent brand based in upstate New York, runs a small, sustainable farm where the rabbits are treated like kings and are only shorn (like sheep) for their hair. Sadly, the $2,175 price tag is a bit beyond my means, but it’s a small price to pay for the pictures on their Instagram page of sweet bunnies patiently getting haircuts.
